Lunch Time menu on cold days like today!

That's right Paul. I tend to batch up in portions of 4 - have one that day and freeze the other 3.

Works well with chilli, shepherds pie, soups and bolognese - I had to purchase containes and freezer bags etc but well worth it.

I always do rice, pasta and/or vegetable fresh - usually while re-heating the frozen stuff.
