Hi everyone,
New to WW, just starting to get organised! Does anyone have any simple, quick but yummy favourite recipes for lunch, and the points? Thanks!

beans on toast 2points for 1/2 a tin of beans and depending on what bread you use 1-2 points

Crunchy tuna wrap is my current fave:

Warburtons Brown Square Wrap - 3pts (5.5 for 2)
or
Tesco Light Choices Tortilla Wrap - 2pts each
60g can of tuna, in brine or spring water - 1pt
1-1.5 tbsp Total 0% Greek yoghurt - 0.5pt
½ a celery stalk, chopped - 0
1/4 red pepper, chopped or sliced - 0
1 handful of baby spinach: - 0
Black olives in brine (up to 10), halved/sliced - 0.5
1 squeeze of lemon juice - 0
Add salt and pepper to taste.

YUM!

My friend makes a batch of this: Simple & delicious – Roasted Butternut Squash Cous cous | awfullygoodfood and has is for a few days at lunch - I've not pointed it yet, but looks yummy and comes highly recommended, might give it a go
