I have the Tescos Healthy Living low fat cheddwar which is really nice, the WW is pretty foul really, a good one for melting is Lerdamer Light 1.5 points per slice.
Oh you definintely need to try sweet potatoes, just peel them and chop into chip shapes, put on a non stick tray spray with buttery frylight and roast for about 45mins to 1 hour - I like my quite well done and crispy.
You can roast them (really love with chilli oil - you get a sweet and sour thing going on).
Or mashed, lower carbs than potatoes, although the same points. Great as a base for soups and casseroles as well.
