DAY= TUESDAY 5TH NOVEMBER - RED DAY

HEA1
: skimmed milk
HEA2: 2 babybel
HEB1: 2 Alpen Light Bars
HEB2: 1 slice of WM bread

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 bacon medallions, 1 quorn sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms

Snack: Alpen Light bar, satsuma

Lunch: BNS chilli and coconut soup (2 syns), mullerlight, Pombears (5 syns)

Snack: Alpen Light bar, banana, satsuma

Dinner: Thai beef salad with babybels (1 syn), Mullerlight white chocolate dessert (5 syns)

Total syns for day: 13

Exercise: Insanity
 
Its going ok hun, will do day 4 when I get home after work. Two fo the days I've had to take 2 very short breaks to catch my breath but thats ok. Quite enjoying it, although some of the exercises are plain weird. You know when you see an exercise and you think that someone has invented deliberately odd and complicated just to get a name for themselves well that................

HEA2:40g LF cheddar
HEB1: Crackerbread (old box)
HEB2: 2 weetabix

Breakfast: 2 weetabix

Snack: Satsuma

Lunch: Homemade hummus, crackerbread, mullerlight yoghurt, M&S Sea salt & Balsamic vinegar lentil curls (4 1/2 syns)

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Jacket potato, cheese and beans, butter (2 syns), M&S Guilt Free Toffee, white chocolate & strawberry popcorn (6 syns)

Total syns for day: 12.5

Exercise: Insanity day 5

Yes I agree, thats one of the things I love about SW that there's options there to suit whatever food mood you are in :)
 
Got committments tonight after work (journalist coming to interview family for a book he is writing on british boxers then curry and dvd with best friend and godson) so decided to do Insanity day 6 at 5AM!!!!!! yes girls you read that right I was exercising at 5AM!! Which clearly makes me totally insane as 90 minutes later I was practically fall asleep in my breakfast! AND not only did I do Insanity I did two work outs. I was most disgusted to see that the Cardio Abs workout was only 16 minutes long so decided to add Cardio Core and Balance cos I is well hard innit!

I suspect I will suffer greatly later for this momentary lapse in sanity!
 
I was seriously tired that night, virtually fell asleep on my friends sofa LOL!

Snack: Alpen light bar and satsuma

Lunch: Homemade mushroom soup, M&S lentil curls (4.5 syns), mullerlight

Snack: Banana and Alpen light bar

Dinner: Homemade chilli (with laods of added onions, mushrooms and peppers) brown rice, Freddo popping candy (4.5 syns)

Total syns for day: 9

Dinner: Salmon fillet cooked with 1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce (1 syn), stir fried vegetables, Muller chocolate dessert (5 syns)

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 quorn sausages, grilled tomato and mushrooms

Snack: 2 Alpen light bars

Lunch: 5 oat scanbran, LF cottage cheese, cucumber, mullerlight

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Jacket potato, beans, cheese, Muller chocolate dessert (5 syns)

Total syns for day: 5 so far

Exercise: Insanity day 14
