Always will be having green days as I am a strict vegetarian.

HEA1:
350 mls Skimmed Milk
HEA2: 42g low fat cheddar
HEB1: 42g weetabix crunchy bran
HEB2: 2 x Alpen Light bars (as snacks)

Breakfast 42g weetabix crunchy bran

Lunch: Spicy Tomato & Lentil soup (homemade), yoghurt

Dinner: Jacket potato, 1/2 tin beans, 42g low fat

Snacks: Options Drink (2.5), Fruit pot, treatsize buttons (4.5 syns), banana

Total syns for day: 7

Water: Always have between 3-4 pints every day.

Exercise: 1 hour in the gym
 
Mon 1 June

Always will be having green days as I am a strict vegetarian.

HEB1: Oat So Simple
HEB2: 2 Alpen Light bars (as snacks)

Breakfast Oat so Simple, strawberries, 1 teaspoon honey ( 1 syn )

Lunch: salad, egg, quorn ham, yoghurt, 1 tablespoon Hellmans EL Mayo (0.5 syns)

Dinner: Tomato & Mozzerella Rissoto, steamed broccoli

Snacks: Options drink (2.5 syns), Treatsize crunchie (4.5 syns), fruit pot, banana, cherries

Dinner: quorn chilli, brown rice

Snacks: Options drink (2.5 syns), Treatsize dairymilk (4.5 syns), fruit pot, banana, cherries

Total syns for day: 8

Snacks: treatsize flake (4.5 syns), quorn cocktail sausages, pear, walkers baked (5 syns), mini quorn cornish pastie (3 syns)

Total syns for day: 13syns
