Tues 23 June

Always will be having green days as I am a strict vegetarian.

HEA1:
350 mls Skimmed Milk
HEA2: 3 x Babybel Lights (as snack)
HEB1: Oat so Simple
HEB2: 2 x Alpen Light bars (as snacks)

Breakfast: Oat so simple, banana, honey (1 syn)

Lunch: Asda chickpea dhal, yoghurt, mini quorn sausage roll (2.5 syns)

Dinner: Quorn peppered steaks x 2, salad, jacket potato, 1 tblspn Hellmans EL Mayo (0.5 syns)

Snacks: Options drink (2.5 syns), treatsize dairymilk (4.5 syns), quorn Grapes, pineapple, nectarine

Total syns for day: 11 syns

Water: Always have between 3-4 pints every day.

Wed 24 June

HEB1: 2 x toast (400g loaf size)
HEB2: 2 x Alpen Light bars (as snacks)

Breakfast: 2 slices toast, scrambled eggs, beans, quorn bacon

Lunch: Asda chickpea dhal, yoghurt, mini quorn sausage roll (2.5 syns)

Dinner: beanfeast bolognese, wholewheat spagetti, cheese

Snacks: Options drink (2.5 syns), treatsize caramel (4.5 syns), quorn cocktail sausages, pineapple, nectarine, banana

Total syns for day: 9.5 syns

Water: Always have between 3-4 pints every day.

Thurs 25 June

HEA1: 350 mls Skimmed Milk
HEA2: 42g low fat cheddar
HEB1: 28g muesli
HEB2: 4 ryvita

Breakfast: muesli, banana, small pot greek 0% fat yoghurt

Lunch: homemade channa hummus, ryvita, yoghurt, Snack a jacks (5.5 syns)

Dinner: basic quorn burgers, jacket potato, beans & cheese

Snacks: Options drink (2.5 syns), treatsize crunchie (4.5 syns), quorn cocktail sausages, nectarine, grapes

Total syns for day: 12.5 syns

Water: Always have between 3-4 pints every day.

Tues 7 July

HEA2: 42g light Mozzerella cheese HEB1: 2 weetabix
HEB2: 2 x Alpen Light bars (as snacks)

Breakfast: weetabix, strawberries

Lunch: Quorn bbq slices, salad, yoghurt, mini quorn sausage roll (2.5 syns)

Dinner: Tomato rissotto, broccoli

Snacks: Options drink (2.5 syns), treatsize flake (4.5 syns), Grapes, banana, apple

Total syns for day: 9.5 syns

Water: Always have between 3-4 pints every day.

Exercise: 1 hour in gym
