Several challenges to face this week-

Fight new fat!!!
Start back at work!!!
Get myself, 2 kids & hubby out the house and to nursery by 7.30am!!!
Get a team of 8 to do work!!!
Survive!!!

So pleased on this diet as takes away the time needed to prepare and cook food.

My husband has taken a liking for Tesco's finest ready meals so that's him sorted.
 
Weigh in has taken place and I am please to say I'm pre Christmas weight again 14.12 :0).

Oh well done Lyndzi, getting back to your pre-Xmas weight in just one week is amazing i gained 10lbs so I know it's going to take me at least 2-3wks :(.

And good luck for going back to work tomorrow, youll be a nervous wreck for the first few days getting everyone into a new routine but then after a few days you'll be a pro :) x
 
Sounds like you'll be a busy bee this week!! It'll fly by and you'll be even lighter at the end of it! Woop xx
 
Been a busy day today up since 5am as Molly decided it was an early start, followed by Charlie at 7am, followed by my husband at 10am!!!!

I sorted them all out with breakfast then decided to have a trip to town to get the next 2 months worth of birthday cards, a gift for my mum as it is her birthday today.
After this very very cold trip we went to see my parents. They served up a buffet lunch of onion bajais, samosas, spring rolls, kebabs the works!!
It wasn't till this point I realised I not had any meals WHOOPS!!

So by the time we got home and got sorted it was 4pm and I was tucking into a chocolate mousse. So I'm playing catch up just had a yummy dark truffle bar. Once I've had a shower the plan is vanilla coffee and chocolate cookie.

Then an early night ready for my first day back at work in 8 months! !!!!
 
Ooh well done for resisting all that lovely food xx

Had a great day yesterday and being back at work helped me space out my packs.
7.30am - strawberry shake
12.30pm - vanilla and coffee hot shake
7pm - dark truffle bar
9.30pm - chocolate mousse

I hope today will go so well also. x x

That's great. Could have been a real excuse to go off plan but sounds like it worked brilliantly for you.

Ha ha NO WAY!! Got this bridesmaid dress in the back of my mind.

I always said it would be easier once back at work so I must prove it right x
