Lyndzi's Counting Them Calories Diary

I have really lost my dieting mojo.

I need to get it back but I have no idea how to do it.
 
I usually up the cals. So instead of aiming to lose 1.5 a week i changed it to lose 1lb a week. That way i have more cals if i need it. Then im still losing, just a little slower :)
 
I agree with Bostik, up your calories and slowly work back into it. Maybe that'll help?
