Have struggled this week with the points, tbh I think my loss of 6lbs on Monday had made me a bit complacent about things, especially when out with friends - Thursday night at a work function was particularly bad and got out of control; I hated yesterday, felt hungover, tired, jaded with myself and just wanted to eat myself stupid with stupid things which would give momentary comfort. Didnt give into the urge though and was OK, today I feel much more positive ... will post food plans.

Food much better today, I made a big pot of 'chilli' which is basically turkey mince, red onion, tomatoes, passata, chopped pak choi, mung beans, red thai curry paste, a Colman chilli con carne sachet mix and chilli flakes (I do like things spicy!) .. comes to about 5 points a serving and is good to have in the fridge for lunches etc.

Quiet day, was going to go to the gym but went shopping instead, didnt buy much but enjoyed the fresh air.

Am 2 points down but will call it a night, just having my hot chocolate now ... 2nd weigh-in tomorrow, not sure what to expect as I was so off plan on Thursday and not very good on Wednesday either!! Hope it is not too horrendous; this weekend I have been more on track, also not drinking any booze which has been easier than I thought it would be.
 
2nd weigh-in tonight, down 1lb which makes it 7lbs in total and I got my first silver sticker. Am glad that I did have a small loss and determined to be better this week but I have 3 meals out - a dinner tomorrow (have looked at the menu already online and will have oysters to start and then main of lamb stew ... skip dessert), lunch on Wednesday and a dinner on Saturday night ... I think my weekly points will be well utilised!!

I also need to ditch keeping the Special K bars in the house, last week I was fine although this week (well last night and tonight) have been a different story ... I had 3 last night and 2 tonight, even though I know I am not hungry, I know that I do not need them but can't seem to resist the lure of the chocolate. They are now all gone thank god!
