I got myself a 180g pack for my lunch on school placement tomorrow and would like to know the syns? I assume the yoghurt is free but the granola won't be.

Also - does anyone know if you can count the houmous in the M&S reduced fat houmous carrot dipper as a HEB? I hope so as I have one of those too :)
