M&S Super wholefood

    Hi everyone,

    Long time no speak!!

    Would someone be so kind as to let me know how many syns are in the 215g pack of M&S Super wholefood with a mint vinaigrette on the green or EE plan?

    Nutritional values are:
    Per 100g
    Energy - 145kcal
    Protein - 7.0g
    Fat - 6.7g
    Carbs - 13.7g

    Free foods are: Couscous, chickpeas, edamme soya beans, green lentils, red onion, split peas, peppers

    I dont think this is right but its saying 8.5 syns on green/ee plan and 12 syns on a red plan. Thats with taking the couscous as green free food and peppers as free red food.
