Went to M & S for lunch with my mum and had a baked potato with beans - all good BUT ........had a tablespoon of the dressing on my salad, and a little biscuity thing ( Shortcake??) - how many syns would you put that donw as? The dressing was thickish garlicky french type dressing I think?

I had this for lunch today, I was searching to see if I could find out how may syns for the salad dressing I only had half of the little jug so maybe only a couple?

I managed to resist the little gingerbread man and passed it over to OH as I saw that on here somewhere and think he was about 5 syns. :sigh:
