Extra Easy Maaahhhooooosive kick up butt please!!

    Can someone give me a kick up the butt asap please! I've been messing around for too long now and it's time to start shifting some serious weight! Holidays arent too far away now, must stop messing about.

    I've planned my meals for the week with precision and shopped for everything I need for my meals.

    Any other suggestions that will keep me on track?

    Feeling a bit sad :cry:

    Try to get rid of any small temptations that may be lurking around the house. Instead make sure you replace them with healthier options for your syns (like mini-milks, Alpen Lights, Quavers).
    Have a water bottle around to remind you to keep drinking as well!
    Keep a picture reminding you of your holiday on the fridge...that should help you keep on track :)

    You have done the planning - which is great! Get plenty of superfree in there, start thinking about the following week too so you do not get to the end of this week without what you need and end up taking the easy option (which in my case would be pizza on the way home).
    Do you go to a class too? When is your WI?

    Don't feel sad! You can do this! You've planned ahead and you know what to do! It may be snowing outside but you're right, the holidays really aren't that long away and you just have to keep focused on how good you're going to feel this summer! Keep smiling. xx

    *Kick*, c'mon, you know the plan works, you've made a positive start by planning, and this is your new mantra "If you are hungry, but you don't want to eat free food, then you're not really hunry, are you?!"

    My weigh in day in Thursday, really hoping that I can get away with a maintain this week, had an awful weekend, but got back on plan first thing Monday morning.

    Tonight I'm going to sit and plan next weeks meals like you say H*Bomb, Pizza is my downfall as well, far too easy just to order it when I get home.

    Made a proper SW meal last night, took longer than dialling a pizza but i really enjoyed making it and it was gorgeous as well :)

    That very unflattering picture of the last holiday is going on my fridge tonight as well. Holiday is only 9 weeks away eeekk! xx

    Well ladies, I weighed last night and I stayed the same, which is what I hoped for. I can only think that by planning and doing 4 days 100% is counterbalanced the horrendous weekend. There is one very happy girlie this morning and she is very much looking forward to a 100% week :)
