Sorry to ask yet another question. I'm babysitting today and my cousin has kindly made me some lunch to have with the kids. It's a WW recipe for macaroni cheese and has brown breadcrumbs on the top. Could I use the cheese as a hea and the breadcrumbs as heb?

Yes to the cheese and yes to the bread if it's wholemeal. Enjoy!

But also bear in mind how much cheese is in it and if it is reduced fat. Hopefully it won't be too much, it being a WW recipe, but you only get 28g cheddar as a HEX or 42g reduced fat cheddar - which is really not a lot at all. Even 84g low fat cheddar as 2 HEXes barely covers a pizza for me!
