Have made it to losing 3 stones and am so excited, only a few pounds now to be in the 'overweight' rather than 'obese' rating on the BMI chart. Thanks for all your support guys, couldn't have done it without you all.

That is just fab. I was in the obese category (only just but still in it) and the sense of relief when I was only overweight was huge.... just think next time you move a category you will be in the 'perfect' category xxxx
