Made a booboo

I've just gone to get breakfast, grabbed the first box of alpen lights in the cupboard and scoffed two not realising they were the new recipe? Does anyone know if I can get away with taking 6 syns for my healthy extra and synning the remaining which works out as 3 syns for the two bars. Or have I just blown 9 of my syns
 
If they are the ones without 70cals on the box you'll have to syn them as there isn't enough fibre in them for your healthy extra xx
 
Personally for a little mistake like that I'd just count them as your HEB and not do it again. In the whole scheme of a weeks worth of food it really shouldnt affect your weight loss
 
I would count them as your HEX B, chalk it up to experience and don't have them again - I think they would only impact your weight loss if you were doing this, or something like this everyday. As a one off mistake I think you will be fine.
