Made the blancmange...

    And its ok!:)

    I made it with a raspberry foodpack and a raspberry s/f jelly and it gives it a little more substance. Got it with Greek yog for my lunchtime snack today - and I can hardly wait! :p

    Definitely worth it for a change!

    To make:
    Mix jelly crystals and food pack together. Slowly add 1/2 pint boiling water whilst stirring, then keep stirring while you add the 1/2 pint cold. Try to knead out (with a spoon) any lumps - but mine wasn't very lumpy!
