HEB - 2 x weight watchers wholemeal bread (400g)

Breakfast - 2 x toast with lurpack light butter (2 syns) & pâté (2 syns) banana & satsuma

Lunch - ham salad (lettuce, cucumber, onion) Danone shape rhubarb crumble yoghurt (1/2 syn)

Dinner - pasta & salad (pasta, onion, bacon, chicken, Philadelphia light, lettuce, cucumber, onion) Danone shape apple crumble yoghurt (1/2 syn)

Snack - apple & nectarine

Drinks - 2 litres water, 5 pints tea
