Tuesday...day before WI :eek:
Extra Easy:

Breakfast
Bran flakes
Small amount milk (only time I have milk)

Lunch
Large plate home made veg soup.. yum :gimi:
I alpen light bar and apple

Dinner
Savoury mince with mushrooms, onions, carrots with a baked potato.
FF yogurt and melon

Snacks
Water (lots), black coffee, small grapes, Mini Milk

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast
Porage with FF toffe yog and melon

Lunch
Tuna, salad, beetroot (current fav) sweetcorn.
FF Balsamic vinegar dressing
FF yog and apple

Dinner (after weigh in):wave_cry:
Spag Meatballs, home made with passata sauce, onions, mushrooms, garlic...and my Wed night glass of wine.
Fresh fruit salad, crushed meringue and FF vanilla yog.

Snacks
LOL not a lot before weigh in...maybe and alpine light mid afternoon with coffee...and lots of water.

ok...so my daughter has asked for chorizo to be added to the pasta to make it spicy.....anyone got ideas for syns??
