It's going sloooowwwwwllllyyyy!

I lost my dieting head last week, meal out last Saturday, roast on Sunday, night out Wednesday, hangover Chinese takeaway on Thurs...more importantly NO down days. I blame my waning willpower (7 months in it had to go sometime), my frustration at not getting in to the 10s last week, I only seem to be able to lose weight 2 weeks of the month, and erm...the weather?!
Anyway I'm back on it, will weigh tomorrow after my DD today to see where I am. Hmph. X

I'm gonna slide back to s&s till my op. 6 December then be on strictly post op diet during bed rest.

Yeah I know that feeling, I'm the same, but I know I.can't get relaxed now!! LOL

I know so soon, could of had it even sooner but needed time to get house sorted etc won't be able to lift my arms for some time so Xmas shopping before is essential!!!
