Well I had a week on 810 cals last week and lost 3lbs, really pleased as I'd have been happy to stay the same, 1000 this week struggling for meal idea's if anyone knows a thread can they send the the link please or some idea's, thanks x
 
I was thinking a stuffed green pepper with couscous from the allowance, mushroom and spring onion, plus prawns or chicken on the side would be nice.
 
Good idea's, iv had tuna with red cabbage today, not amazing but tasty x

Hey Claudia, did you have pickled red cabbage or normal red cabbage? xx
 
hope so - worried it might be a little dry, maybe?
