I'm more than half way at my target weight and I just want to be prepared for what's in store for me when I begin refeed. Q1) How long does refeed go on for? Q2) How long does maintenance go on for? You see I'll be going to Morocco on July 21st I think and I want to make sure that I've gotten this into practise before I leave. Now usually when I go to Morocco, I lose 1 stone anyway since we eat 3 meals a day and have an occasional sweet and fizzy drink here and there. But I go to the beach nearly everyday and I swim a lot so maybe this counteracts the food and such. In Morocco, we usually have a very light breakfast which is some sort of pastry, which is very light and healthy. I then go to the beach and don't return for about 3-5 hours. We then return and have lunch is quite heavy, this is so we don't eat much later for dinner, and our dinners are extremely light. We eat lots of fish! lots of it, lots of veg and fruit is usually our desert. And we drink gallons of water! I want to know, if I should still be watching out for what I'm eating to the extreme, I'm not entirely sure of what to do.
