Maintenance on cambridge diet

This seems like a really tricky question, I along with a couple of my family members have all been sucsessfull in losing weight on cd, however we have all struggled to maintain once we finish, our technique has been to return back to cd once we have put some weight back on, but this is not really healthy, mentally or physically..... I can stick to this diet when my heads in the zone, but I'd also love any tips for gong forward :)
 
It makes sense really.... Easier said than done though, with the excitement of losing so much so quickly, I find myself distracted with the excitement of being thin and I wander off .... Mental note to self to stick at it.....
