Maintenance Shakes

S: 12st6lb C: 11st13lb G: 11st0lb BMI: 24 Loss: 0st7lb(4.02%)
S: 15st4lb C: 14st7.5lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 36 Loss: 0st10.5lb(4.91%)
This is definitly a grey area but the way I understand it is ( may not be right but...) . It depends on where you are and what you want to achieve. If you have hit your goal weight and want to maintain that weight , the maintenance formulas can be taken before a meal to fill you up so you dont over eat.

If you have hit your goal and you feel your weight is creeping up then they can be used to replace a meal. (around 200 cal)

If you have not hit goal(still want to loose weight) but want to try an alternative to TFR. You can try two maintenance sachets and one protein rich meal . As far as I know the maintenance sachets do not contain the same vitamins and minerals as the TFR shakes but they do contain fiber to fill you up.

Thats my understanding but I am open to correction!!!!!!!!!

On refeed I had them instead of a meal, other than that - as above xx
