apparently you can if you are extremly carefull with what you eat. although i just had a 4 week break from tfr and used 2 maintenance products and a chicken salad (no cheese coleslaw potato salad or dressings) for the first week i lost 0.5lb week 2 and 3 i stayed the same and week 4 i put on 6lb but had 2 nights out including take away and lots to drink. good luck with what ever you decide x x x
