I make it regularly, and simply add a can of diet Irn Bru and a tin of chopped tomatoes to a pack of Quorn, along with a tenny pinch of Chinese Five Spice. Tastes like sweet 'n' sour to me DD

I know this is a really old post, but went in search today of lilt zero, and couldn't find any grrr so settled for irn bru!! And wow amazing!!!! Did in pan like diet coke chicken and added peppers and egg fried rice yummy, tastes like store boil in the bag sweet and sour xxx

I've done this, it's delish!! I also add in diced pineapple and sprinkle 5 spice into it and it definitely gives it the sweet and sour taste!! Yummy!!
