I own a wonderful state of the art treadmill.
But i find using the sodding thing so BORING.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to make this more bearable?
Ive tried sticking music on, ive tried watching the telly and ive tried making my boyfriend sit and talk to me. None of these things actually make walking/jogging/running towards nothingness any better..
