Making up shakes for next day

Yes I know what they are! This was an answer to something else.... To be honest I'm sure people who really want them wouldn't mind the extra postage...to me as I have said im not bothered I like slim and save as it is

S&S have said on several occasions that they don't intend to introduce tetras

What's this about Atkins doing tetras? I would defo buy some of these. Like I said tetras are more convinient for my needs.

Yes they sell them in Asda and some tescos... Tesco do their own tetras but not sure of they are suitable

You need to remember though they're not TFR diets so their ready made shakes aren't a suitable replacement for a S and S pack
