Malibu's 100 day challenge!

My 100 day challenge starts today 14th May 2012. My start weight is: 15st 12lb + im a dress size 20. Im 5ft 7.5in so around 11st7 ish is a healthy BMI for me however my goal is 11st. I hope to reach as close to this as poss for my bday in 100 days (14 weeks + 2 days) i will then move up the plans/ maintain my weight once im at goal weight.

So day 1 for me today... just about to have my 1st shake of the day (choc tetra) hope getting back into ketosis isn't too painfull.....

Recently done 2 weeks SS+ but then had 5 days off... kept 7lbs off from the 10.5lbs i lost... See my CDC this fri so will get weighed then and hopefully there wont be any gain showing from my days off by then... fingers crossed!

thanks so much mamma22! wow what an insperation you are.. looking at your stats you have lost 7 + a half stone?? have you got a diary i can reed through when i need some motivation?

I didn't properly get back onto CD untill i saw my CDC on friday 18th may... so techniqely i have a 96 day challenge not 100 but never mind not making a new diary over it haha getting weighed after my break + seeing my CDC was what i needed for a new start!

currently on day 3 100%, going strong + very motivated :) very hungry today + tired but i know this temporary discomfort is well worth it!!! i see my CDC again on sat + hoping for a decent amount considering this is my 1st week again! cant wait to get on them scales + be back in ketosis!

I have decided to do 1 day CD + 1 day slim + save as i like aspects of both diets! slim + save is alot cheaper + there meals are a god send!!! but im not ready to give up my cd maple porridge or bars just yet + could do with the weekly weigh in's for a few weeks untill im fully in the swing of things x

Yes Hun it's mama22 diary but most of my weight was lost before i joined this.

hi summergirl :) thanks for asking- day 4 + 5 are usually the hardest for me yest (day 4) wasnt too bad but today im starving already ;( but think its beacause i got up earlier for uni! feeling sorry for myself as forgot to put my tetras in the fridge/freezer last night so now i just have 2 warm tetras to get me through uni :( dont like them warm + there not filling at all that way.. what a waste! lol never mind im just going to tell myself to be strong + re-sist the goodies in uni + i can have a SS+ meal when i get home later! hoping ketosis hits tommorrow (it usually does when i do ss+ 1st week)

how are u getting on? on my phone so cant see your stats.. how long have u been on CD + how much u lost so far? x
