Maltesers

Apologies if there is a thread already out there, but it is my first time posting so be gentle!


Does anyone know how many maltesers = 1 syn? I have a real craving but I don't want to fall off the wagon and I thought limiting myself to a set amount would help me keep in control!

they're 11 cals per 1 sweet, so that would be just over 1 syn for 2 of them. you might be better off making an instant, low cal horlicks (5.5 syn on EE) and adding a half syn teaspoon of cocoa powder lol!!!

I was just doing some work and the maltesers from Xmas were looking at me saying "come eat me"!

However, after finding out that I get just under 2 per syn, I have resisted the temptation and had a muller light with chocolate sprinkles instead!

All the chocolatey goodness and free!!

yeah, the twirls were calling to me so I had a cup of cocoa. 1 syn 'cos I used my milk hexa. woo.
