Mandys food diary :) x x

This is my second time starting slimming world so decided to start a food diary so here it goes:)

Friday 6/1/2012

Breakfast- porridge (hb) slimline milk(ha) and canderel.

Lunch-Batchelors wholegrain carbonara pasta(1 1/2 syns),Tukey salad which had 2 boiled eggs,onins and sweetcorn.

Dinner-3 bacon without the fat,2 eggs,beans and mushrooms all cooked in fry lite.two slices of brennan's white bread (7 syns):(

Saturday
so far today ive had

Breakfast- porridge(hb),milk(ha),canderel and frozen berries.

Snack-protein shake after a weight session in the gym.(6 syns)

Lunch- Smash pizza which included pasatta,onions,tomatoes,chicken and low low grated cheese(6 syns).

Dinner-Salmon,batchelors cheese and brocolli pasta sauce and some cooked brocolli(1/2 syn)
