I'm a CD restarter, coming back to it is quite hard and I thought I would start a thread of mantra's to keep us motivated.

My one is:

I will get through today, I CAN do it, I can do anything I put my mind to. I WILL go to sleep having completed the first day. Repeat as necessary.

I've never had a mantra as such, but i do have a habit of talking to food i feel tempted by. "no, i don't want you....i am in control and it is my choice not to eat you, you will make me fat!" This can go on for an eternity, and stops when the offending item is in the bin/cupboard/fridge. (or admittedly sometimes my mouth.....:eek:!!)xx
