MAP no longer taking phone registrations?

Hi everyone,

I have just phoned MAP to register and the lady I spoke to told me they no longer take registrations over the phone and that I had to register online as anything she could tell me I could find on there?

Has anyone else been told this?

I also registered online before I called but she said that is all you do now as anything she could tell me could be found on there?

I thought they gave you advice and support on the phone and sent you packs etc?

Hiya i registered online the other day at xenical registration and the next day a nurse called me back and told me that i registered on the old website that should be closed so she wasnt sure why they let me!! she gave me the new website mapassist and told me to register on there as they are no longer doing phone registrations.

ive just tried to register oline and there is nothing there at all :S
