    Hi Katie,
Do you know if you are allowed porridge in week 2 of sole source? I'm already fed up of just the shakes, and the soups make me retch :(

Oooh I don't like it at all! Its got a really funny taste to me! And I don't like the new chocolate mint bar either - I would like it if it was like the chocolate (chewy) bar with the minty bits, but its the fact its like a cereal (crunchy) bar I don't like - feels wrong!

All I can face are the choc tetras, walnut shakes, cranberry bars and veg soups. Must try that new porridge though

Can't wait to try Maple and Pecan porridge, have ordered a sachet to try,but cdc not coming until Thurs. Have really gone off the original and can no longer stand the apple and cin' one, although I happily wolfed down many packs of it during Autumn 09.

New products are so exciting, wish they would bring a new one out as a novelty flavour every couple of months to surprise our taste buds.

I was SO happy that they decided to introduce a GF Porridge so I got 1 for each morning to try.

OMC THEY ARE LUSH :heartpump: I even run my finger round the jug I`ve mixed it in  haha I am permanantly freezing at the moment, So I am going to have 2 packs a day (brekkie and evening meal), I hope that`s ok

I would thing 2 porridges a day would be fine as long as you remeber the extra water . They are slightly more calories and slightly more carbs , but this should really make much difference :)

Thankyou! I just had a look and you`re right :D

I have just emailed my order to my CDC for this evening and asked if I can swap a shake I got last week (remembered I don`t like it) for a sachet of soup to try :D
