No weigh in for me this week guys n gals (due the loss of a close family member I haven't been tracking weight so just going to weigh in next Friday instead)

Well due to circumstances Ive missed the start of the march challenge but thought I would join you in the last week hence just 3lbs for me, Ive already lost 12lbs this month but am expecting to see a slight gain monday due to the poor eating or not eating over the last 3 weeks. So Im weighing in monday and then hopefully losing those 3lbs by the end of the month by which time my head will be back in the game all ready for the april challenge :)
