    I have not met either of my previous goals, aiming for 15 hours again. That is four hours a week which is very doable. Determined to reach my target this month!!

    This sounds like such a good challenge so I'm gonna have a go! I'm also doing the 100 mile challenge were you have to walk/ run 100 miles in 2 month! im less than a week in and iv done 7.96 mile! so im going to do this challenge along side!
