hi i stayed the same this week im not surprised as i had 2 meals out and a takeaway and chocs and cake ( good job birthdays only come once a year ) line drawn ready for the week ahead good luck everybody :)

Hi everyone i started yesterday on slim fast weighing 11st 3lb am hoping for a 2-3lb loss this week. Will update you monday
 
I very much doubt that I will reach my target, actually there's not a hope in hell of me losing 10lbs in 2 weeks so I'll halve my target to 5lbs. Not sure what's going on but when I weighed in this morning I seem to be back to square 1 with NO loss at all :-( I've stopped all exercise and am sticking to 1200 cals a day and at least 2l of water and not weighing in till Friday (its going to be tough!) I think I'm going to need all the luck I can get as its totm week too!

Oh no!! I find i lose more if I eat around 1400 calories a day, maybe you need to increase your calories slightly? I have my fingers crossed for you! Good luck! Xx

Thank you x I did try increasing the end of last week (albeit only 4 days) and I put on 1.5lbs! I only stick to 1200 as that's what mfp set me at (pretty much standard!) and I lost well before Christmas. Then had a stint with slim and save and just can't seem to lose now. I'll keep plodding on though :)
 
Hello Everyone! I just started today (properly) I did start last tuesday but cheated so badly due to my boyfriends birthday (takeaway curry and cake - enough said) I joined because I really need some support with this diet and any tips anyone can give. I am a big girl, starting weight is 132kg! I have previously done slimfast and lost 2 stone. Im really serious this time as I'm starting to get high blood sugar and this is a warning sign! This is the heaviest I have every been and the lowest self-confidence!

I really need to do this and chatting to you guys will really help :)

So now I am really confused......
I got very disheartened at the start of the week with the scales showing no loss at all so from Tuesday onwards I increased my cals a bit..... :rolleyes: ok, so I blew it! Thursday I ate close to 3k cals (including a large bag of walkers sensations!) and yesterday I had close to 2.5 but did go swimming. I've done no exercise except my normal thursday swim (even cancelled my circuit training class on Monday) and totm is looming (should have been yesterday) so in theory I should have gained a couple of lbs. I was really dreading standing on the scales but I thought it was best to see what the damage is so .......

I've LOST 1.75lbs!!! How does that make any sense whatsoever?!?! :confused:

Hello all would you mind if I joined in? I started slim fast yesterday to hopefully give my weight loss a boost. My target for march is 5lbs. I've already lost 2.5 this month. Hope to get to know you all and have some great losses together. X

I'm enjoying it so far! Keeping up with my extra cals by using mfp I used 300 cals on a small jacket potato to go with my shake this afternoon. And I've made some homemade chicken soup for my tea. X
