Maria's Diary Day 73 of ss

Hello Friend's & Diary,
I hope everyone is doing well on their diet's.
I have had a mixed kind of day up's & Down's
I been in alot of pain to day with my joint's and neck i have arthritis & had an headache most of the night.
I have only managed to drink 2 liters of water today :cryi really should have done 4)
i have had my porridge, mushroom soup, butterscotch shake (hot), 5 peppermint tea's & will have a bouillon before bed.
i wanted to try a little exercise :character00115: today but no way could i have managed any with the pain i am in. :cry:I did go shopping so could say that was a bit lol.:hmm:
I am still thnking positive over diet still only ss.:cross:
Going to bed
soon so will leave it at that for tonight.
