Aw that's excellent. It seems to be working a treat for you. I over indulged in cheese in Spain. Yummy yummy. Yep shakes and squats tomorrow for me :(. Back to reality. Think I've gained at least 10 pounds but hey ho, I enjoyed it and no planned days off til Christmas now so going to try and persevere x

Least you have a plan and I'm sure it's not 10lb of real weight... Just lots of water! You'll soon get it off :)

I just made a big pan of garlic mushroom soup and slow cooker is on with beef and mushroom casserole... I love winter food :)
 
Are you weighing in today Marie? And did your actifry forgive you for the dump and run?!! It might not recognise you with a tan ;) xx

Just weighed in - 6 and a half gain. Hopefully get that off for next week.
I'm looking forward to experimenting with the actifry tho think itl be swede chips until this weights off. Boo x

Right, so just weighed in. 17-9 so a 6 and a half pound gain in Spain.

Getting back on it today. My naughty brain is whispering to me to wait til Monday but nooooo.

Goals for this week -

To get into the 16s by next Monday (ambitious I know but I'm hoping for a post holiday whoosh).

To keep up with the squat challenge.

To wear my pedometer and do in excess of 5000 steps/day (now I know this is low but I have a v sedentary job so to get 5000 actually involves some effort).

Indeed.. And another 1/2lb today.. Now lost 35lbs.. 2 1/2 stone., very pleased! Hoping for another stone before Xmas :)

That is a great present!! Yes definitely go for it!! You've had your lovely holiday indulgence so the memory of that should keep you going for a good few weeks yet before any mean food demons try creeping in!

What's a vg day? My colleagues are going to think there's something wrong with my tomorrow when I keep disappearing to the bathroom x

Lol you can't curse me when you have a kardashian bum....I've done them in front of colleagues and they haven't even batted an eye lid...they think I'm odd anyways haha x

I am Soooooo not in the mood for work today.....zero interest in the dull goings at the pleasure dome as I like to call it lately....being here makes me want to eat for no apparent reason than boredom and the amount of food flying around..arggghh!

I've decided to extend my weight loss target for Nov as I don't believe it'll happen in 3 weeks now haha! gonna go for 9lbs now.

Aw works hard enough at times without being surrounded by food when you can't be bothered and your bored.
I sometimes think we focus too much on setting strict targets for ourselves on this diet. Dunno bout you but I'm constantly counting in my head - if I loose 3 pounds a week il be such and such by Christmas etc. Then if I don't achieve it I get disheartened and want to eat :(.
