Hi all,
After lurking around everyone else's diary's I decided to start one of my own.
So this is my third time starting a vlcd and it gets harder every time. I had a brief dalliance with weight watchers but couldn't get into it. Think I cant trust myself around food as yet. I am off to Spain for a mini break next Monday and was planning on starting next sat when I got back. That was until this morning when I weighed myself! I know I wont be good in Spain but no point in making it worse by stuffing my face this week too.
MY main goal is a trip to Disney Paris in feb. I will be nowhere near goal by then but at the moment the thought of the rides and turnstiles is giving me the fear.
So here I go again. Todays weight 17.5 and a half
. I will be weighing in on a Monday and my next weigh in will be 3 weeks today. I should say my next official weigh in as I cant seem to keep myself off the scales.
