Marigold veg drink

    Hi again guys,

    Just a question about the above - what makes the marigold drink better than other veg stocks?
    What about knorr?

    Also I think it's best to stick to the reduced salt one, it's marked as vegan if you're having trouble spotting it.

    is this the same as bouiliion?
    as i checked the vegan one out ang it had 0.1g more sodium than the other one? V V Confused by this all....

    I'm pretty sure the purple one has slightly more carbs too, only a few though...

    aaah, found a purple one that says reduced salt on it on Sainsburys website....!

    Having actually looked at the amount of salt in it, i'm staying away....3 packs provides 1.6g sodium, 1 serving of bouillion provides 0.9g! Its a hefty increase on what i've been having for the past 19 weeks so i tipped it down the sink!
    Figured i can go without until i get to goal! :D
