Marks and spencer must buys

Am off to Marks and Spencer tomorrow and planning to pick up some food. Are there any must buys I should look out for? Have been told there are tins of steak which are free so might pick some up

For a real chocolate treat the 'count on us chocolate mouse' are just 4 syns - great for dunking strawberries in!

The meringues are only 2.5 syns each, lovely with strawberries and ff yoghurt drizzled over. They come is a pack of 8 and they did have an offer of 2 packs for £2.

they have amazing packs of prepacked fruit - 2for £5 at the moment - great if you work in an office, and want to get some superfree snacks on the go!!!!! xxx

I read somewhere on here that M&S have a new range of squid with all sorts of tasty coatings that is free on SW. Can't think were I saw it now though!
