Is it jus a normal vaked potato?? I dnt understand what ur asking because potatos are free on green an ee. Xx

I know the potatoes are free but they also contain cheese and you micro them so i thought with the other stuff they put in it may be synned?? Unless i use a HEA as they didnt have too much in them...

Mmmmm! I just didnt want to cheat myself lol

Well u wud get the potatoe free, nt sure on cheese. In my low syn snack book it says m&s baked potatoes with mature cheese 4pack is 7.5 on red and 2.5 on green. Thats fr 128g each xx

Thank you!! so each potatoe (in the twin pack) would be 3.5syns each and not for two... they are so yummy i could eat them both :)

Yes if ur on a green day. And average weight of each potatoe is 206g. Guess they jus count the mature cheese!! Xx

Thank you!! just need to figure out my naughty asda 30% reduced fat sausage roll and ill feel much better... that will probs be heaps as i was on a green day :s looks like its gonna be a superfree weekend for me x

As there is no free food in the sausage roll you can use use the 1 syn for every 20 calories rule of thumb
