I know the potatoes are free but they also contain cheese and you micro them so i thought with the other stuff they put in it may be synned?? Unless i use a HEA as they didnt have too much in them...

Well u wud get the potatoe free, nt sure on cheese. In my low syn snack book it says m&s baked potatoes with mature cheese 4pack is 7.5 on red and 2.5 on green. Thats fr 128g each xx

Ang on then it says a baked potatoe twin pack m&s is 11.5 red and 3.5 green at 206g each xx

Thank you!! so each potatoe (in the twin pack) would be 3.5syns each and not for two... they are so yummy i could eat them both

Yes if ur on a green day. And average weight of each potatoe is 206g. Guess they jus count the mature cheese!! Xx

Thank you!! just need to figure out my naughty asda 30% reduced fat sausage roll and ill feel much better... that will probs be heaps as i was on a green day :s looks like its gonna be a superfree weekend for me x

As there is no free food in the sausage roll you can use use the 1 syn for every 20 calories rule of thumb
