Can you have scrambled eggs on atkins ? ( yes I am a heathen LOL ) cos i love a bit of marmite in scrambled eggs !! makes it go a funny greyish colour but tastes divine !!
 
Love a tablespoon full in boiling water for a lush drink.
 
of course you can have scrambled egg on atkins (no milk though - only cream)
 
I do that with Worcester Jane, and loads of butter and cream. Yum Yum.
 
God, I had to get a marmite cheddar bit out of the fridge when I read the title.

Ive just found this on the deli counter in sainsburys, had to buy it, its delicious. Oh and if you buy it that way its cheaper.
 
Cheryl ive not seen it on the deli counter only in the packs. Ill search now though. I love the way it makes me squint lol
 
Now thats something i need to see. lol. I can eat marmite by the spoonful. I LOVE IT. I might try making some of those cheese crisps with it tonight
