Marmite

i was wondering if you can have a marmite drink (like bovril) as i know in ww its 0 points.... i miss my marmite (and oh just came back from sainsburys with a multipack of marmite crisps and they're my favourite - he did apologise though)

You can't have these drinks due to the salt content. Some people like the savoury vegetable flavouring you can buy from your CDC, or there is a Marigold Low Salt Boullion powder (purple tub I think) you can buy in the supermarkets. Only have 2 tsp a day though.

thanks - i dream of sausages and chicken pie with shortcrust pastry....
(we get the guardian on sunday and this week is the food monthly... funnily enough, not reading that!)

Got the Observer too and I'm saving the Food monthly to read later!! I've been obsessed with food tv programmes, cook books and magazines since I started CD!!
