    Breakfast: Fruit. Ham omelette with 42g reduced fat cheddar (A)

    Lunch: Butternut squash and pepper soup and ham salad with x light mayo (1)

    Tea: baked fish and roasted vegetables, 227g baked potatoes chipped (B)

    Evening Snack: Apple and reduced fat cheese 42g (A)


    Breakfast: Bacon, egg and 142g baked beans (B)

    Egg mayonaisse salad 2 tbsp x light mayo (1), reduced fat cheddar 42g (A)

    meatballs and 35g dried wholemeal pasta (B)
