Martha's Diary - seeing it through to the end....

Hey guys Still quiet here I'm having an ok day feeling a tad emotional today again totally out of the blue.... I guess life just gets in the way sometimes. Still being 100% tho which I have no plans to change. I will do this and nothing will stop me this time and for times I'm having planned time off I will have what I want within reason but not uneccesary foods. Then getting bk on plan straight away will be key. I feel more confident about being able to do that after my almost 6 stone gain in less than a year! Lol it tends to kick your butt and teach you a thing or two lol Hope your all well!!! M xxx

How are you getting on? Just subscribed to your diary so that I can follow your journey.

My day got better :) nothing exciting mind you haha just better!

Day 12 tmz (or today if we are talking specifics) I'm so pleased! Almost two weeks! Nvr saw that one coming at all haha

So is your weigh in next Friday or this Friday? (I read on your diary lol)

Imagine that hey? Only took me a year! If only I had this kick in the butt last September!!!

I think I've learned that focusing on the bigger picture is key! Not particular events especially if you're not at or near goal for that event. Last year my focus was a big holiday and then a weekend away with my friend in September got me bk on track after my hol. After that I just didn't care and I was so happy socialising that I got carried away and ended up right bk where I started (almost) so this time around my events will come and they will go. I will not forget about myself and how I want to live my life feeling good forever not just for weekends away or holidays. I must keep my goal as my focus not upcoming events.

Martha your post had really resonated with me!! I did thst last time i did LT... Worked so hard to get it of for an event than once it was over just went haywire. Silly though as same thing Agsin this time, im so disparate to get to goal for this event in October that im just asking history to repeat its self!! You've really given me something to thibk about!

I'm ok at the caravan for the weekend. It's pouring down lol it's quite the struggle as my sis has junk food galore here and looking at it is not easy when you have that holiday mentality of being by the beach etc. I haven't caved tho and I'm drinking my water and not cheating! And the other good thing is that there are no scales lol so I will make it to Monday without! Don't feel like il have a huge loss this week being week two n all but I know it will even out as the weeks go by!

Hi Martha I'm not doing too bad so far although getting a rumbling tummy this aft! Thanks for subscridbing :) my first weigh in is next Friday! Lowered cals etc wed and thurs but started (step 2) for real on Friday - so I guess that makes it day 2. Im from down south in Southampton 31 and on a mission :) I have just over 6 stone to loose so you will see me on here for quite a while I expect. X

tell me about you Hun, where you from how's it been for you how far are you along the weight loss route? Doing SS or a higher step? X
