I've been on SS now for 16 days and doing just fine (lost 14lb!) but then this weekend everything just went wrong. I bought bars from my CDC on Friday and I love them so much I ended up having 2 on Friday and 2 today (so 4 meals in total as I also had 2 shakes each day, when I should only be having 3!). I felt really weak and I was so hungry I ended up cooking some chicken and ate a cucumber. Massive fail!
Will I be back to zero tomorrow? Does this mean I won't lose any weight this week?
Does anyone have any advice, please??! I'm super disappointed in myself as I had set myself a target of doing really well for another 3 weeks.
Also, does anyone also find they really like the bars and crave them like sweets? I'm thinking I shouldn't buy them anymore.
