Hey, my names Matt and I'm 28. I've struggled for years trying different diets and I think I've finally found one I can stick to with the Cambridge Weight Plan (sole source). I used to drink lots of water before I started the plan and now I'm drinking roughly 4.5 litres a day, not finding the diet too difficult to be honest. I started 6 weeks ago and below are my results so far, I'm weighed every fortnight. I'm 6"1 and my start weight was 24st and 5lbs. I'll keep this thread updated and will post before and after pics soon enough to try and motivate others.
Weeks 1 & 2: 22lb loss
Weeks 3 & 4: 11lb loss (33lb total)
Weeks 5 & 6: 8lb loss (41lb total)
